Timeframe for Returns & Refunds
Eligible Return Window: Returns or refund requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. Exceptions: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Method of Refund
Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Store Credit Option: If you prefer, we can issue your refund as store credit for future purchases. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method after processing.
Product Condition Requirements
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in like-new condition to be eligible for a refund. For damaged or defective products, please provide a photo with your return request to expedite the process.

Charges & Fees
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to non-defective returns. Exceptions: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), Glyph Labs will cover the return shipping cost.
